In order to represent a member provincial or territorial association, an athlete must:

1. Be a member in good standing of the respective P/T association and Squash Canada.
   Notwithstanding an athlete may be a member in good standing with their respective P/T and Squash Canada, where an athlete is subject to a sanction imposed by the Host Club, Squash Canada shall respect that sanction, including any sanction which may preclude the athlete from entering the premises and thus participating in the Championships, provided the sanction was imposed using fair procedures. Specifically, the sanctioned athlete must have been informed by the Host Cub of the nature of the infraction and have been given an opportunity to provide information concerning the incident prior to the sanction being imposed.
2. Be a Canadian citizen, landed immigrant, or have resided continuously in Canada for one (1) year immediately preceeding the Championships, (amended January 1997)
3. Have been resident in the P/T which they are representing for a minimum of ninety (90) days immediately preceding the Championships, (Revised January 1995)
   or
   if an athlete is in full-time attendance at a university of college,or if an athlete has temporarily relocated to a training centre outside their home province, the athlete may compete for either their home P/T or resident P/T. (Motion 2.9.3; June 1994; Revised December 2000)

2012 Canadian Women’s Team Squash Championship, TBD; January 6 – 8, 2012
2012 Canadian Masters’ Team Squash Championship, Sportheque Club, Gatineau, Quebec; January 13 – 15, 2012
